1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The yoga mat must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. What materials are your yoga mats made from?
We offer mats made from premium TPE (eco-friendly), natural rubber, and high-density PVC. All materials are non-toxic, odor-free after initial use, and designed for excellent durability.
6. How thick are your yoga mats?
We offer different thicknesses:
- 4mm – Lightweight and portable (great for travel)
- 6mm – Most popular for balanced cushioning
- 8mm+ – Extra thick for maximum joint protection
7. Are your mats non-slip?
Yes. All Yogavelle mats feature excellent grip that improves as you practice. They are specially designed to prevent slipping even during hot yoga or sweaty sessions.
8. Are the mats eco-friendly?
Many of our mats are made with eco-friendly TPE or natural rubber and are free from harmful chemicals (PVC-free options available).
9. How do I clean my yoga mat?
Wipe your mat with a mixture of mild soap and water after each use. For deeper cleaning, use a yoga mat cleaner or a solution of vinegar and water. Allow it to air dry completely. Avoid machine washing.
10. Do your mats have alignment lines?
Yes. Many of our premium mats include subtle alignment markers to help with proper pose positioning.
11. Are the mats suitable for hot yoga?
Yes. Our high-performance mats are designed to handle moisture and provide excellent grip during hot yoga sessions.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my mat arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
